Returns, Comfort Guarantee & Shipping

We offer a 180-day comfort guarantee on all OrthoSure products. Our goal is to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase and have a positive experience.

If you’re not fully happy with your order, please contact our support team within 180 days of receiving your item, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

How We Handle Requests

We review each request individually to provide the most appropriate resolution.

For customers in the United States, we currently do not require returns for most products. Instead, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 10% OFF discount code for your next order as a goodwill solution.

For customers located in Europe, return options may be available in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (see below).


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Eligibility & Conditions (Where Returns Apply)

Where returns are applicable, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Hygiene & Product Safety

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return once used, for hygienic reasons.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Shipping Information

We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 business days.

However, due to high demand or logistical factors, shipping may take up to 35 days in rare cases.


Refunds (Where Applicable)

If a return is approved (where applicable), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
